When you call or email us, we keep what you tell us with your contact details.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, recommend the right system for your building and prepare a quote. If you become a customer, we also use your details to arrange the installation and servicing.

From time to time, we may email you about products and services related to your enquiry. Every such email lets you unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask.

Our own team. We don't sell your details, and we don't pass your details to anyone else to market to you.

Our website is hosted by Sevalla, its emails are sent through Postmark, and its photos and files are kept in Sevalla's storage. These companies handle your details only to run those services for us.

We share details where the law requires us to.

We keep your enquiry, and any photos or videos you send, for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and look after your system, and for up to 7 years as business records.

Your details are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. The emails we send you go through Postmark, in the United States.

This website sets one cookie for visitors, which protects our enquiry form. Our staff get one more when they sign in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, or analytics.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, and to correct or delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
