Osprey Apartments

“Osprey Apartments suffered from garbage odours in the basement bins which wafted up the garbage chutes and created odour problems in the foyers and the apartments. We used deodoriser which tended to mask the smalls but not eliminate them, especially if seafood was involved.

I made contact with Purifying Solutions and Bruce Taylor was most helpful in providing information on their products and suggesting the best solution for our particular situation. He offered to conduct a trial to prove the merits of the Garbage Doctor system that he had recommended. The trial proved extremely successful and the Osprey Body Corporate agreed to install the system throughout our resort.
